Antal Veszelszki (Sopron, around 1730 - Óbuda, April 29, 1798) Hungarian doctor and botanist. Several of his works on botany, agriculture and medicine are known. His most significant work is the forest and field collection from the country of plants and plants, i.e. wood and herb book, published in 1798, which lists 528 plant species. he can no more awaken him than the knowledge of the flora of nature, he is the best and most important teacher here, not only the best, but also the cheapest, since he allows himself to be used as a poor and happy person without any reward, as long as he knows and wants to that end to live with given means." - writes the author.
