The VARTA LONGLIFE D alkaline batteries come in a pack of two D-size cells, also known as Góliát or mono. They suit devices with higher power demands around the home, such as torches, radios and other larger battery-powered gadgets. As alkaline cells they are single-use and are not rechargeable, so they should be recycled once spent.

Alkaline batteries deliver a fairly steady voltage over much of their life, making them a dependable choice for household equipment that needs a reliable power source without being permanently plugged in.

The pack weighs 280 grams in total. Check the polarity before inserting the cells, and take used batteries to a designated battery collection point.
