This Valoryz chocolate chip rice cracker is a gluten-free snack with a crisp, crunchy texture. It is made from white and brown rice flour and also contains apple purée, mango purée and cornstarch. Dark chocolate pieces with a 66% cocoa content give it a rich chocolate flavour.
The ingredients also include vegetable oils and fats such as rapeseed and coconut oil, as well as sodium carbonates as raising agents. Natural vanilla extract and lecithin as an emulsifier round out the recipe.
With a net weight of 100 g, this snack is suited to eating between meals or a small treat on the go.
