The UTRAI JS20 is a multifunctional car starter that combines three tools in one: a high-power jump starter, a cordless air compressor and a practical light. It is designed for use in low light, when a battery is flat, or when a tyre needs to be inflated quickly.

The unit delivers a 2000 A starting current and can start 12 V vehicles, according to the manufacturer up to about 8.5-litre petrol engines and 7-litre diesel engines. It is rated to work at temperatures from -20 °C to 60 °C. The built-in compressor reaches 150 PSI, and a tyre can be inflated from 0 to 20 PSI in under two minutes, based on the stated figures.

The light offers flashlight, flashing, orange warning and SOS modes. The housing is made from V0-rated flame-retardant materials, which adds to safety during use.
