This CAT6 UTP patch cable connects network devices, such as a switch and a computer. It is an unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable fitted with RJ-45 connectors at both ends, wired 1:1 in accordance with the EIA/TIA 568 standard.
A moulded strain relief protects the connectors against damage, while the flexible cable can be routed around tight bends. Gold-plated contacts provide good signal quality and a long service life.
The cable meets the CAT6 standard and carries the LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) rating: it is made from halogen-free, flame-retardant material with low smoke emission, so it suits installations with heightened fire safety requirements. It measures 5 metres and is black.
