With the Profi Plus ice cream maker, you can prepare your favorite ice cream, whether vegetarian, lactose-free or flavored with stevia, in 45 minutes using previously cooled ingredients. In other words, the ice cream maker allows you to experiment with different recipes as you like. It can also be used to make sorbets or dietetic and reduced-calorie desserts for those with special diets. The fully automatic ice cream machine with its own compressor (cools down to -35°C) can produce 2.5 liters of ice cream in its large, removable bowl. The machine with an elegant design, modern, robust and stainless steel frame is easy to use, the entire production process can be monitored through the transparent roof. The digital timer can be set between 5 and 60 minutes, the large LCD display shows the remaining time and 3 possible options by pressing the MENU button: Mix (Stirring) Freeze (Freezing) Mix & Freeze (Stirring & Freezing).
