Preparation proposal

Boil tea water! Let it cool a bit! The ideal water temperature is 80?, that's all it takes to dissolve the valuable active ingredients.
Use 1 teaspoon of tea mixture for half a liter of water.
Steep the tea mixture for 10-15 minutes, then filter.
Consume it twice a day (morning and evening or during the day) before meals.

The tea prepared in this way contains the necessary active ingredients and can be consumed immediately. No sweetener is needed, the tea tastes good without it.

Notes on preparation

You cannot achieve a better effect with a longer steeping time or more tea blends, but the taste of the tea will not be the same.

The tea should be made with a high-quality and safe tea strainer or tea strainer, since we do not drink healthy tea so that pollutants get into our drink during the preparation.

A portion of tea is at least 4-5 dl, i.e. approx. it must be prepared with half a liter of water. This is a large mug (or a small jug)

Consumption recommendation

Using the Detox Tea on its own, long-term or as a campaign:
We recommend drinking 1-1 cups (4-5 dl) of freshly brewed tea twice a day, morning and evening or during the day.

Using Detox Tea with Consuming Tea as a cure:
We recommend drinking 1-1 cups (4-5 dl) of the Detoxifying tea 2 times a day, in the morning and at noon, of the Detoxifying tea after 4 p.m.

Important! After 2 months, it is worth taking a 2-week break from drinking Detox tea.
