Product description
The UGEARS Triceratops wooden model is a mechanical kit depicting one of the best-known plant-eating dinosaurs of the late Cretaceous period. It is assembled by hand from 400 parts, with an estimated building time of about eight hours, and requires no glue, chemicals or special tools. At a scale of 1:32, the model represents an adult Triceratops with its large skull, the pair of long horns above the eyes and the large bony frill on the back of the head.

A wind-up mechanism transfers energy to set the dinosaur's four legs in motion, so you can watch the internal parts work once the model is finished. It is intended for indoor use and makes a display piece for a shelf or desk.

These animals lived around 68 million years ago in what is now North America and could grow up to nine metres long. They used their sharp beaks to graze on low-growing plants. The UGEARS model combines craftsmanship and natural history in a kit for patient builders.
