UGEARS NASA Saturn V space rocket - mechanical model

The UGEARS Saturn V is a mechanical wooden model of NASA's Saturn V rocket, the tallest, most powerful and heaviest-lifting launch vehicle ever flown, and the only one to have carried people beyond low Earth orbit. Built at a scale of 1:170, the kit contains around 500 parts and is designed for experienced model builders, with an estimated assembly time of seven hours. It requires no glue or chemicals.

The model comes with a three-part display stand that lets you show the rocket either upright or horizontal. Each section is covered in printed card featuring the words USA and the familiar pattern of the American flag. An information card on the stand presents key facts about the rocket.

Thanks to its detailed construction, the Saturn V makes a striking display piece for a living room, bedroom or office. It is a tangible tribute to a vehicle that played a central role in the Apollo program.
