This gluten-free bright green food colouring is ideal for tinting cakes, desserts and other sweet treats. The water-based, edible colour comes in a convenient dropper bottle, allowing for quick and precise dosing.
Use this intense liquid food colouring to tint fondant, marzipan, doughs, sponge mixtures, creams and many other confections. The depth of the colour can be easily increased by adding a few extra drops, so the desired shade is simple to achieve.
Important: The food colouring is not intended for direct consumption and should only be used mixed into food. Shake before use. Colouring chocolate requires a special chocolate food colouring, as this product is water-based.
