    Product description

    This gluten-free black food colouring from TY is a water-based, intensely pigmented food dye sold in a convenient dropper bottle. It is easy to dose and works well for colouring fondant, marzipan, doughs, sponge mixtures and creams.

    The depth of colour can be easily intensified by adding a few extra drops. It is a suitable choice for birthdays, Halloween and cakes decorated with various themes. Because of its water-based formula, it is not suitable for colouring chocolate.

    The colouring is not intended for direct consumption and should only be used mixed into food. Shake well before use. Contains the colourants quinoline yellow (E104), Ponceau 4R (E124) and brilliant blue FCF (E133), as well as the preservatives potassium sorbate (E202) and sodium benzoate (E211).
