Removable parts

Each RZA components are secured with screws to form a compact unit whose maximum load capacity is the same as a welded cabinet. Most of the components are connected by TAP-Tite threading screws. This ensures the extreme stiffness of the screwed connection, even after repeated disassembly. The product will be shipped in a formulated state and can be moved to places that are difficult to access after partial or complete disassembles.

Flexible frame

(For 800 mm wide wardrobe) This system allows you to install sliding vertical rails at 19 ", 21" and 23 ", according to the needs of used equipment.

Outbreak

The cable inlet openings (370 x 90 mm) on the back of the cabinet are covered with outburst type blankets. To avoid penetration of the powder, the cables can be sealed with brushes at the introductory opening or simply secured with a plastic protective frame (both are supplied to the closet).

The large opening on the top, which is covered with an outburst type blanket panel, allows you to install and remove the triton fan unit from the outside without screws.

Removable side panels and back cover

Rza
RZA has a welded frame and removable side panels. They are fixed to the frame as a basic equipment with a lock that has the same key as the door and the back.

Rigid construction

The RZA has a robust, screwed construction. High quality design and state -of -the -art technology ensure the perfect appearance of the closet.

Flexible door opening

The hinge system allows the door to open the door at nearly 180 °. The door is easy to remove and reclaim to change the direction of the opening.

Triton

For free -standing cabinets, we make self -made handles. Traditional or semi -cylinder lock inserts can be used by replacing the plastic module (not included). Patent: PUV 2013-27443

Fan door

For this wardrobe type, it is possible to order a special metal door, which is suitable for installing Rax-CH-X0x-X3 fans. For more information, see Active Cooling section.

Rollers, leveling legs

Prepared for the installation of rollers and leveling legs.

19 ”freestander cabinet with IP20 protection.
The cabinet contains 4 sliding vertical rails to secure the devices (6 rails deeper than 800 mm wardrobes).
Wardrobe Structure:
- welded steel frame with removable side panels,
- single or two-winged doors, completely metal, perforated (80% and 86% air permeability) or 4 mm safety trained glass. They can be located at the front or back of the cabinet.
The maximum permissible load of the door is 20 kg.
The minimum thickness of the surface treatment is 65 µm.
These cabinets are used to install data and telecommunications tools and distribution systems.
The cabinet frame and all removable parts (side and rear coverings, doors…) are connected to patch cables, which must be properly secured and inserted into the connectors throughout the cabinet.
There is an M8 screw at the bottom of the cabinet for the connection.
The top and bottom of the cabinet have cable openings covered with breakout type blankets.
