      Rigid structure

      The RMA has a robust welded construction. The high-quality workmanship and the latest technologies ensure the perfect appearance of the cabinet. The frame rails have a new shape, are wider and made of 1.3 mm thick material.

      Flexible door opening

      The hinge system allows the door to be opened 165°. The door can be easily removed and reinstalled to change the opening direction. Double doors are equipped with hinges that can be hung.

      Glass

      Metal doors with glued glass are made of 4 mm thick tempered safety glass that can withstand frequent impacts. When broken, it forms many small shards, like automotive glass. For safety reasons, we recommend that you close the door after installing the equipment in the cabinet to avoid collision with other objects. The glass used has been tested in a certified testing laboratory and meets the requirements of the standard ČSN EN 12150-1+A: Structural glass – Thermally toughened sodium lime silicate safety glass. The tested glass complies with the standard for disintegration of glass after breakage, certificate of conformity CQ-24-2023, test report IKATES 58A-2024.

      Triton handles

      We produce handles of our own production for free-standing cabinets. By replacing the plastic module (not included), a semi-cylindrical lock insert can be installed. Patent: PUV 2013-27443

      Adjustable vertical rails

      The vertical 19" rails can be freely adjusted to any cabinet depth. This simplifies device installation and cable configuration.

      Removable side panels and back

      The RMA has a welded frame and removable side panels. These are by default secured to the frame with a lock that has the same key as the door and back.

      For door fan units

      For this cabinet type, it is possible to order a special metal door, ready to install RAx-CH-X0x-X3 fan units. See Active Cooling for more information.

      Breakable cover panels

      The cable entry openings are covered with break-out type cover panels. To prevent the ingress of dust, the cables can be sealed in the opening with a strip of brush or simply secured using a protective flange (both supplied with the cabinet).

      Opening for fan unit

      A large opening covered with a break-out type cover panel allows the Triton fan assembly to be installed and removed from the outside of the cabinet without... screws.

      Castors, leveling feet, base

      The cabinet can be placed on leveling feet (accessory), or with optional equipment on bases, castors or castors with a durable, stiffening frame.

      The back of the cabinet

      There are two cable inlets on the back wall of the cabinet, which are covered by outlet panels. One is at the top of the lid and the other is at the bottom edge. The other cable entries are located on the ceiling and the bottom of the cabinet.

      Perforation of the frame

      RMA cabinets have a perforated frame to ensure cooling air access to the built-in technology. Cooling can also be supported by installing fan units.

      Bonding

      All removable parts are glued together according to the requirements of the relevant standard.

      Flexible frame

      (valid for 800 mm wide cabinets) The system allows the installation of sliding rails in 19", 21" and 23" widths. Another option is to move the 19-inch vertical rail spacing to one side to make more room on the other side.

      Central pair of vertical rails

      For cabinets deeper than 800 mm, we supply a third pair of vertical rails as standard for installing the technology. Thanks to their open profile, they do not restrict the installation of deeper equipment. Shorter devices can also be mounted on the center vertical rail using different types of brackets (optional accessories).

      Wide frame rails

      The wide frame rails are used for additional installation of accessories such as power distribution units or vertical cable management panels that do not occupy 19-inch units in the cabinet. Thanks to the design, the power distribution panels do not limit the use of extendable servers even in 600 mm wide cabinets.

      Accessories in frame rails

      The inner edges of the frame rails have mounting holes at their full height. The holes are located at unit spacing of the vertical rails and can be used to mount certain types of accessories.

      Power distribution units
      Possibility to install the PDU in the frame rails of the cabinet using a bracket (optional accessory).

      RAX-VP-Xxx-X1 Horizontal cable organizer
      For cabinets with a load of more than 500 kg, we recommend installing the horizontal cable management system in the frame,
      which also serves as confirmation.
