The Toshiba S300 Surveillance AI is a 3.5-inch SATA hard drive designed specifically for surveillance systems, offering 8 TB of storage capacity. Its 7200 RPM spindle speed and 512 MB cache support fast data transfer and reliable, continuous operation.
Thanks to CMR (Conventional Magnetic Recording) technology, the drive is well suited to high-resolution security camera systems where long-term, uninterrupted recording is essential. The AI-optimised design allows smooth operation alongside artificial intelligence-based surveillance solutions.
According to the manufacturer, the drive can handle up to 64 cameras at the same time. Its low noise level and vibration tolerance make it suitable for both home and industrial DVR and NVR devices.
