Product description
With the help of the book Playful Learning, children can learn about numbers, letters, colors, shapes, situations in everyday life, the seasons and much more in a fun way. Then they can test their knowledge with various quiz games.
The visual world of the book is reminiscent of the drawings of elementary school children, and the Hungarian edition also includes well-known nursery rhymes and children's songs. Young readers can learn about the topics on each page from the perspective of Brumi, the toy bear.
The Playful Learning preschool and school preparatory book was designed for children aged 3-7, but according to our experience, older people also enjoy playing and working with it. We asked for the help of a child psychologist and educators to make the material as interesting and useful as possible for the children. We tried to deal with the topics that children often come across in their everyday life, so the eight pages included the following:
- Family, meals, Hungarian ABC
- Seasons, weather, clothing
- Medical office and various occupations
- Shopping and numbers
- Kindergarten costume party and fairy tales
- Family trip, transport, vehicles
- Kindergarten playground
- Grandparents, country life, pets
Of course, there are plenty of topics on each page that are only tangentially related to the titles - this is no wonder, given that more than 1,000 recorded texts and other sounds belong to the book.
The book covers various leisure activities, sports, and folk customs on the pages dealing with the seasons, while on the pages related to the costume ball are the plots and characters of many fairy tales, along with the objects and concepts associated with them. Every page of the book has a Hungarian children's song or nursery rhyme.
The entire text of the book can be heard in the narration of the popular voice actress, Bori Csuha - children may be familiar with her voice from many fairy-tale films.
