This honey and mustard seasoning blend is designed for crispy chicken wings. A carefully balanced mix of ground white mustard, dried garlic, sweet paprika, ginger and chilli gives the meat a distinctive, slightly sweet and tangy flavour with a clear mustard character.
The blend is well suited to roasts and meat dishes. Simply rub it onto the chicken wings and roast or fry until crisp. The ingredient list includes sulphur dioxide from the dried garlic, and honey powder with maltodextrin.
The net weight is 25 g, making it a convenient single-use pack for preparing honey-mustard chicken wings at home.
