The high-performance thermal pastes of the Thermal Grizzly minus pad series have an extremely flexible and adaptable surface, while providing excellent thermal conductivity. Even the smallest component deviations can be effectively compensated. They are available in different sizes and thicknesses.

The easy-to-use and flexible minus pads are made of different ingredients: with a ceramic-silicone-based formula and contain nano-aluminum oxide. The benches ensure optimal heat transfer in all cases. Minimal pressure is sufficient for optimal fixation. All benches are environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.
