Product description
The Thermal Grizzly CPU Contact Frame for Intel LGA1700 is a purpose-built processor retention frame for motherboards with the LGA1700 socket. It is compatible with Intel 12th, 13th and 14th generation processors and can also be used with CPUs whose integrated heat spreader (IHS) has been lapped by up to 0.2 mm.
The frame is made from glass-fibre reinforced ABS plastic in black and uses a screw-type mounting method for a secure fit. Designed to hold a single processor, it helps optimise contact between the CPU cooler and the processor, supporting better heat transfer.
The package includes four UNC 3/8" thread lens-head screws, a 5/64" hex key and a T20 Torx key. The product is manufactured in Germany.
