Tersánszky Józsi Jenő - A Sámsonok - A flying family - A havasi selyemfiú

The volume brings together Józsi Jenő Tersánszky's three short novels written in the early 1920s. The Samsons are a family story shrunk to memory, with interesting, striking characters, and a critique of power that crumbles into nothingness. The flying family takes place in the world of the circus, and the writer becomes cheerful after a lifetime of exciting comedy. The Silk Boy from Havas presents two brave, energetic, self-righteous people, an aging woman and a young man, whose fleeting encounter is fateful for both of them. It is enough to turn a page in any of them to feel it unmistakably: they were written by the same Jenő Józsi Tersánszky, who at that time (in 1921) was just starting his legendary masterpiece, Marci Kakuk.
