The TECHNAXX TX-368 is a compact ultrasonic repeller that keeps martens, rats and other small rodents away from engine bays, garages, garden sheds and attics. The unit combines ultrasound in the 12 to 24 kHz range with a flashing LED light to deter pests.
It offers flexible power options: four AA batteries, a USB-C cable, or direct connection to the car's 12 V battery. In open areas it covers up to 20 square metres. At 154 grams it is light and easy to position.
A separate compartment holds powder-type repellent as well. When installed in a vehicle, the device switches off automatically when the engine starts and switches back on 80 seconds after the engine is turned off.
