This gluten-free sugar pearl decoration mix from Tasty Me adds a fresh, playful look to cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and desserts thanks to its sunny yellow colour. The pack contains pearls in five sizes, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 mm, so you can create a variety of decorative designs. The ingredients are puffed rice, sugar, icing sugar and cornflour, coloured with tartrazine (E102) and coated with carnauba wax (E903). The decoration is completely gluten-free and lactose-free.
It is well suited to summer treats, garden parties and festive occasions. Please note that tartrazine (E102) may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children.
