The cheerful turquoise shade gives baked goods a fresh, festive look, whether for a birthday, a baby shower or summer treats.
The product is stated to be gluten-free and lactose-free. Ingredients include puffed rice, sugar, icing sugar and corn starch, along with the colourings tartrazine (E102) and patent blue V (E131) and the glazing agent carnauba wax (E903).
