This Tasty Me sugar pearl mix in light green adds a fresh touch to cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. Available in five sizes from 3 to 10 mm, the pearls suit spring, nature, jungle and birthday themed desserts, and they also fit well with Christmas decorations.
The mix is stated to be fully gluten-free and lactose-free, making it suitable for guests with sensitive diets. Ingredients include puffed rice, sugar, icing sugar and cornflour, coloured with tartrazine (E102) and patent blue V (E131) and glazed with carnauba wax (E903).
Each pack contains 70 grams net and comes in a convenient package that makes measured use simple. Warning: tartrazine (E102) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
