Tasty Me gluten-free lime green coating wafers are a convenient choice for decorating cakes, tortes and desserts. They melt easily, making them ideal for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits, and for coating cakes and cupcakes. Combined with a chocolate mould they create striking decorative pieces, and with a lollipop mould they can be used to make chocolate lollipops.

Preparation is simple: heat in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, it can be thinned with a little vegetable oil; if it is too thin, a drop of water will help thicken it.

The pack contains 300 g. Ingredients include sugar, vegetable fats, low-fat milk powder, emulsifiers and natural colourings. The product is gluten-free but may contain traces of nuts.
