This gluten-free green food colouring gel is made for colouring cakes, fondant, marzipan, biscuits and icing. Depending on how much you add, it ranges from lime green to a deep forest green, so a few drops are enough to reach the exact shade you want.

It also works well for tinting creams such as buttercream, whipped cream or instant creams. The gel consistency makes it easy to portion: lift a small amount out of the jar, for example with a toothpick, and mix it directly into the ingredient you want to colour.

Please note that the maximum dosage is 3 g of colouring per 1 kg of finished product. Once opened, it can be used for up to 60 days. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for direct consumption; use only when mixed into food.
