The Tasty Me gluten-free Choco Writers decorating pen in red is a chocolate-flavoured icing for decorating cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods. The handy pen lets you create lettering and patterns in the red, gluten-free chocolate cream. The mixture is made from sugar, vegetable oils (palm and shea), skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin as an emulsifier, salt, flavouring and food colourings.
Before use, place the tube in warm water of no more than 39°C for about 10 minutes so the cream reaches the right consistency. You do not need to use the contents in one go: the cream firms up again after use, so it can be applied several times.
Allergen note: this product contains milk and soy.
