Preparation is simple. Knead the contents of the pack with 140 g of room-temperature butter or vegetable margarine, then mix in one egg until smooth. Roll out the dough, cut out shapes and bake at 165 °C (150 °C in a fan oven) for about 20 to 25 minutes. For a lactose-free version, 140 g of vegetable oil can be used instead of butter.
