Villamosdilemma is a party game for 3 to 13 players aged 14 and up that turns the classic trolley problem into a darkly humorous, interactive contest. One player takes on the role of the tram driver and decides which track the runaway tram will take. The other players form two teams, each trying to steer the tram onto the opponents' track by playing cards of "innocents," "villains" and modifier cards.

The box contains 200 innocent cards, 150 villain cards and 175 modifier cards, along with 26 skull markers, a tram driver token and a track board. A game lasts 30 to 90 minutes, and the team with fewer markers at the end wins.

Beneath the absurd humour, the game invites discussion about ethics, personal preferences and worldviews, so a single session can lead to surprisingly thoughtful conversations. It is a good choice for a party that calls for more than the usual laughter.
