Directions for use
Ingredients (for 1 serving of vegan cottage cheese substitute cream)
70 g Szafi Reform Instant vegetable curd substitute powder; 32 g of Szafi Reform four times stronger sweetener; 100 g of coconut cream; 6 g grated lemon peel; 4 g of vanilla flavor;  2 g of salt; 260 g with almonds
Preparation
Mix the above ingredients until there are no lumps.
It can be consumed after resting for 5 minutes. It can be used as a filling, cream in cakes and pancakes.
