Szabó Imola Julianna - Holtak aranya holdak ezüstje

Imola Julianna Szabó's bilingual book, published in Hungarian and Polish, draws you into heroic worlds. In the time of legends. Polish legends, ancient superstitions, curses and healing. When saints and sirens, devils and horrors, queens and werewolves roam the earth. Then they blurt out a nice word. With them, we cross the cobbled bridges of Krakow, the catacombs of Warsaw, and the belly of Wawel Mountain. And the wind whistles out of our mouths. "If my father had been a dog, I wouldn't mind. But my father is a glass. The red wine is flowing." Behind the spells lies the legacy: poison. Cross of the marshy. Which will fade nicely in the sun. Let it smell. With his retold tales, the writer shines a light under the characters. To the landscapes of the heart. Shaman Tempo. A delicious shiver. Humpbacked birds, northern bargains, fire pits. Hides and light reserve. Beliefs here and beyond: teaches to live.
