Quercetin is a so-called mast cell stabilizer that can prevent mast cells from releasing large amounts of histamine. Its use is primarily recommended in case of histamine intolerance, but it also has a strong antioxidant effect.

    Ingredients: quercetin dihydrate, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), rice flour, calcium laurate, silicon (silicic acid)
