SUNSUN External aquarium filter 1000 l/h white HW-702A

The SunSun HW-702A is an external aquarium filter with a flow rate of up to 1000 l/h, designed for tanks up to about 200 litres. It works well in both freshwater and saltwater setups, helping keep the water clear and clean.

Filtration takes place in three stages: mechanical media traps debris and suspended particles, biological media such as bio-balls and ceramic rings give beneficial bacteria room to colonise, and an optional chemical stage can be added using materials such as activated carbon. Each basket has a handle and is filled separately, which keeps cleaning straightforward. A quick-connect multifunction valve lets you disconnect the hoses without draining them, and it also controls the water flow.

The 24 W ceramic shaft pump reaches a maximum lift height of 1.4 m, and the 1.8 m hoses included make installation easier. Rubber feet absorb vibration, and the unit runs quietly.
