Product description

SUNLU ASA filament in black is a technical 3D printing material with a 1.75 mm diameter and a net weight of 1000 g, supplied on a spool of about 330 metres. It was developed for outdoor applications and demanding functional projects where weather resistance matters. The material withstands UV radiation, rain and high temperatures, so printed parts keep their colour, shape and properties over long periods of exposure.

Compared with PLA and ABS, ASA offers higher durability and longer service life, along with good layer adhesion and dimensional stability. According to the specifications, its heat deflection temperature is 96 °C and its tensile strength is 50 MPa. The diameter is held to a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, supporting a smooth, consistent extrusion flow.

Recommended printing settings are a nozzle temperature of 250–280 °C and a bed temperature of 80–100 °C. The filament can be printed at speeds between 50 and 200 mm/s, making it suitable for both fine detail and larger parts.
