This fermented, non-alcoholic kombucha drink flavoured with hibiscus, cinnamon and clove comes in 330 ml bottles and captures the spirit of winter. Its aroma recalls clove, cinnamon and gingerbread, while the taste brings out citrus notes and a hint of mulled wine. The drink has a vivid red colour.
Kombucha is made from a high-quality tea base through natural fermentation, using symbiotic yeasts, bacterial strains and probiotic live cultures (SCOBY). The result is a light, tangy drink with a low calorie content.
Ingredients include filtered water, fermented kombucha culture, natural sweeteners (xylitol, stevia), hibiscus, cinnamon, clove, lemongrass and malic acid. Served chilled, it is a refreshing way to enjoy the flavours of the season.
