This elderflower kombucha is a fermented, non-alcoholic tea-based soft drink built on fragrant Hungarian-harvested elderflower. Freshly ground coriander seed replaces the usual lemon, giving it a distinctive and intriguing flavour profile.

The aroma carries citrus notes and elderflower. On the palate it offers a malty, floral sweetness with sharp bubbles, a strong elderberry character and a coriander finish.

The kombucha is made by fermentation with symbiotic yeasts, bacterial strains and probiotic live cultures (SCOBY). The base tea comes from a tea garden in the Nepalese Himalayas, at 1,600 to 1,800 metres above sea level. The drink is sweetened with natural sweeteners (xylitol, stevia), so it is low in calories. Some sediment may be present; this is entirely natural, and the drink can be shaken before drinking if preferred. Volume: 330 ml.
