    The StarTech.com 2m Cat5e UTP patch cable meets or exceeds all Cat 5e cable specifications, ensuring reliable Ethernet network connections. The durable yellow PVC sheath allows network cables to be color-coded as required.

    The snagless design protects the RJ45 connector latches from damage, so the cable is less likely to snag during installation. Molded PVC strain relief prevents RJ45 connector ends from bending at sharp angles, reducing the risk of cable failure.

    The cable is made of 100% copper conductors with an excellent value ratio. The 24 AWG wire provides a high-performance network connection, also ideal for Power-over-Ethernet applications. 50 micron gold-plated connectors provide optimal conductivity, eliminating signal loss due to oxidation or corrosion.
