STARTECH DisplayPort HDMI adapter Black 3m 3M-DP-HDMI-4K60-GR

This active DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter cable connects a computer with a DisplayPort 1.4 output to an HDMI 2.0 display, letting you use a monitor or TV with 4K resolution at 60Hz and HDR support. The three-metre black cable provides 18 Gbit/s bandwidth and supports 4:4:4/RGB colour space, 8-bit dithering and 7.1-channel audio.

The gold-plated HDMI connector has a locking latch that prevents the cable from being pulled out by accident, which is useful for security systems, HDMI switches and demanding audiovisual setups. The cable also supports the HBR3, HDCP 1.4 and HDCP 2.3 standards.

The built-in adapter design eliminates the need for external power and reduces the number of potential points of failure. An adaptive receiver equaliser optimises the incoming signal and boosts the outgoing one, while the shielding protects against electromagnetic interference for consistent picture quality. The cable is compatible with computers from Dell, HP, Lenovo and other manufacturers.
