The XA elements effectively reduce the circular bokeh effect, its 11-lamella diaphragm mechanism gives an almost perfect circular aperture at a large aperture size, and the spherical aberration reduced to a minimum during the meticulous design and production gives a magnificent bokeh effect at the F1.4 aperture. Design and manufacturing fine-tuning results in a minimum focus distance of just 27cm and a maximum magnification of 0.23×.
