    The Solidigm D7-P5520 is an enterprise-class internal SSD with 1.92 TB of storage capacity, designed for read-intensive workloads in servers and data centers. The drive uses a U.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 interface with the NVMe protocol and is built on 144-layer 3D TLC NAND flash technology.

    Sequential read speeds reach up to 5300 MB/s, while write speeds are rated at 1900 MB/s. Random performance is rated at 700,000 IOPS for reads and 114,000 IOPS for writes, with an average latency of just 10 µs. The drive withstands shocks of 1000 g over 0.5 ms, both in operation and when not powered.

    Power consumption is 13 W when active and 5 W when idle, making it an energy-efficient choice for data center and server environments. FIPS encryption support, an endurance rating of 3.5 PB written (TBW) and an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours make it well suited to professional applications that require security.
