SMALLRIG Basic protective frame DJI Osmo Action 6 5886

The SMALLRIG Basic 5886 is a lightweight protective frame designed for the DJI Osmo Action 6. Made from nylon, it weighs 27 g and provides added impact protection while leaving the camera’s buttons, ports and battery compartment accessible. Its open base keeps the camera’s built-in magnetic mount usable, and a side quick-release connection makes it easier to switch between horizontal and vertical shooting setups.

Two cold shoe mounts let you attach accessories such as a microphone or a small LED light. The frame is compatible with DJI’s two-way quick-release adapter and compatible SmallRig adapters. You can access and replace the battery without removing the frame. A side opening accommodates a wrist strap, helping reduce the risk of dropping the camera during handheld or active shooting.
