The Φ15mm rod-compatible plate can be attached directly to the follow-focus system without a cage, and can be expanded to accommodate different lens sizes. With the silicone gear (ID:3852), you can pull the focus of the lens with just a friction drive, so you can enjoy the experience of easy and simple focus control.
