SCHLEICH 14832 Wild Life Teve
Product description
The common characteristic of Schleich figures is meticulous, detailed workmanship and hand painting.
The camel (Camelus) is a genus belonging to the order Artiodactyla of the class Mammalia, within the family Camelidae. Two species of this animal genus have been domesticated: the dromedary or one-humped camel (Camelus dromedarius) and the two-humped camel or Asian camel (Camelus bactrianus). The former lives in dry and desert areas of North Africa, Southwest Asia, India, and Australia, and the latter lives in Central Asia. Camels belong to the camelid family, so where their South American relatives are: the llama, the alpaca, the guanaco and the vicuña. If he has enough food, he "overfills" himself, storing the excess in the form of fat in a certain part of his back and in his hump.
