This Schär gluten-free pancake and waffle mix, 350 g, is a ready-to-use blend for making pancakes and waffles without wheat. It is based on white rice flour and whole rice flour, with corn starch added for structure, and it is thickened with guar gum. Monopotassium tartrate and sodium bicarbonate act as raising agents, and salt is included for flavour.
The mix is wheat-free and lactose-free. According to the ingredient list it may contain traces of soy, so buyers with soy allergies should take note.
