Sara Blaedel - Sziklasír

Detective Louise Rick is on vacation in Thailand when her father calls her frantically because her younger brother Mikkel has attempted suicide after his wife Trine left him a few days ago without explanation.
Louise flies home on the next plane to Osted, the sleepy Danish town where they spent their childhood and where Mikkel lives. The more Louise learns about the circumstances and what state of mind Trine was in in the days before her disappearance, the more she doubts that the mother of two really wanted to leave her younger brother.
When the local police suspect Mikkel of having something to do with Trine's disappearance, Louise does everything she can to clear up her brother, but in the process she has to face some hard facts: Every small town is full of secrets. The dark past haunts me constantly. And lies are never harmless.

Sziklasír is the tenth volume of Sara Blaedel's series about detective Louise Rick, which can also be read independently.
