Samantha Downing - Ő kezdte

Beth, Portia, and Eddie Morgan haven't seen each other in years, and with good reason. But when their wealthy grandfather dies and in his will ties his multi-million dollar inheritance to fulfilling a mysterious, strange last wish, the brothers and their spouses are forced to get together for a cross-country road trip.

However, the joint family program is sometimes exhausting. For everyone.

It's even more exhausting when they're all keeping serious secrets while trying to forget a memory, a missing person, and revenge. Not to mention the man sitting in the black car, who has been persistently following them for days. But we could also mention that at least one of them is a potential murderer, and there is a corpse lurking in the trunk.

But money is a serious motivating force. For everyone.

After the international bestseller My Charming Wife - from which Nicole Kidman's production company is already preparing the adaptation - Samantha Downing comes up with another highly anticipated thriller, whose light style and elegant humor are only the surface. The complex layers hidden in the depths not only portray today's America extremely authentically, but also give a vivid, realistic picture of human nature.
