Salvus is a medicinal water drawn from a 540-metre well in Bükkszék, officially recognised as a medicinal water since 1951. Its composition is unique: a highly concentrated alkaline hydrogen-carbonate water rich in halides and minerals, including hydrogen carbonate, sodium, chloride, bromide, iodide, fluoride and lithium. The ampoules are intended solely for inhalation with an inhaler and must not be injected.

It is indicated for upper and lower respiratory tract conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, sinusitis, and pharyngitis or laryngitis. It helps loosen mucus and promote its clearance, reduces coughing and hoarseness, supports the recovery of heavily strained vocal cords, and helps ease the effects of smoking on the airways.

The usual use is two to four inhalations per day, each lasting 10 to 15 minutes. The pack contains 21 ampoules of 10 ml each. Store at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight, and do not freeze.
