Electronic PID temperature control system

Your perfect espresso is the result of a combination of several factors - freshly ground coffee, perfectly compressed coffee, the right pressure and last but not least the water temperature. During the extraction of the aroma, the change in temperature leads to the loss of the foam and the resulting coffee loses its beautiful coffee color in a few seconds. The Sage SES880 features innovative temperature control technology that works throughout the entire coffee brewing process. The electronic PID system records the temperature during the entire cooking process and ensures continuous temperature stability.
