    This gluten-free rice noodle, 4 mm wide, is made from pure rice flour and tapioca starch and contains no eggs. It suits people with food sensitivities as well as anyone following a conscious diet. No artificial colourings or preservatives are added.

    The noodles have a mild flavour and hold their texture well. They work nicely in Asian wok dishes, vegetable stir-fries, or as an addition to hearty soups.

    Preparation is quick and simple: add to lightly salted boiling water, then let them stand in the hot water for three minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to achieve the ideal consistency.
