The Rice Up protein bar with caramel flavour is a compact 40 g snack for those who want a protein-rich bite between meals or on the go. It is built on milk protein and hydrolysed collagen peptides from beef, coated with a chocolate glaze and filled with a caramel layer, both sweetened with maltitol.
The bar also contains high-oleic sunflower oil, cocoa butter, vegetable glycerin and soluble fibre (polydextrose). It is sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia and flavoured with natural aromas. A prebiotic ingredient is included as well.
The ingredient list states that it may contain traces of soy and soy-based products, so people with soy allergies should take note.
