This smoked tempeh from REAL NATURE is a pasteurised vegan soy product in a 200 g pack, suitable for both frying and cooking. It is made using the traditional Indonesian fermentation process with the noble mould Rhizopus oligosporus. Soybean makes up 96% of the product, with sunflower oil and a marinade of water, sea salt, garlic and black pepper.
Tempeh is a valuable plant-based protein source and a versatile base for meat-free meals. Use it in salads, sandwiches and wok dishes. For storage, refrigeration is recommended.
